Tonight I grabbed some Butternut Squash, Fresh Ginger, and a can of Organic Coconut Milk for this yummy, Thai Curried Soup. It had just the right amount of spice to it to keep you wanting more and warming you from the inside out. Nothing garnishes better than my all time favourite herb, Cilantro, which gives such a fresh taste to any recipe!
