A BIT ABOUT ME:
I am the owner and Holistic Nutritionist of Fresh Senses. I completed the Holistic Nutrition program from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and I have over 17 years of experience cooking and working in the food industry. I am also a Certified Nutrition Expert, graduate of Meghan Telpner's Certified Nutrition Expert program.
MY MISSION:
My mission is to share inspiration of how whole foods and healthy lifestlye can provide you with increased energy, improve mood and confidence, and relieve symptoms and health issues that are causing overall imbalance in your body.
YOU ONLY GET ONE BODY TO LIVE IN!
Our bodies are all we have to live in so we all need to make sure to maintain a healthy balance in all of our systems by regular and healthy elimination, reducing overall exposure to toxins and free radicals, improving digestion, and hydrating and nourishing through consuming real food.
WHAT IS A HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST?
What made me fall in love with the “Holistic Approach” and want to become a Holistic Nutritionist was how we look at YOU as a unique individual. There is no “one size fits all” in this approach. A Holistic Nutritionist means looking at YOU as a whole – attempting to bring balance to all areas of your life by observing dietary intake, stress levels, energy levels, sleep patterns, digestion and liver function, supplements and lifestyle. We educate you about optimizing your health through promoting whole, natural, sustainable foods that are Organic and/or Locally grown. We work together to find and maintain overall balance for your unique body and individual needs.
